Meet our CEO
Meet our fearless leader, Creative Director and CEO, Deanellys Rivera. She grew up in Puerto Rico with a loving family and moved to Texas as a child. Like many young adults, she struggled to figure out what she wanted to do with her life. Ms. Rivera ultimately decided to go to the College of Business and study at the University of Houston - Clear Lake. After graduating with her Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing, she was able to work at an engineering company. However, due to the pandemic, the company downsized leaving her unemployed. Not knowing what to do, she decided to go back to school and realized she excelled at communications. Ms. Rivera graduated a couple of years later with honors and received her Master's specializing in Public Relations and Digital Media. She had been toying with the idea of becoming an entrepreneur for a long time and a few months after graduating, Salara Design Studios came to life. The company quickly took off and Ms. Rivera was finally able to see her vision beginning to develop. There is a saying at Salara headquarters, "Bet on yourself and it'll be the best decision you ever make." This is what she strives to achieve with every client.
